Fantasy Sports Private Limited - Fraudulently account blocked

As I have been playing fantasy cricket through this app for a long time, MYTEAM** never blames me for violation of ‘FairPlay’ Policy. But after this winning of public contests, MYTEAM** has suspended my account due to violation of ‘FairPlay’ Policy and freeze my balance amount of approximately Rs. *,***/-



MYTEAM** support team sent me a mail regarding this on the morning of **nd December, **** and immediately I sent them my *-* responses back-to-back. But they neither reply to me nor unblock my account. For reference, I annexed the mail of MYTEAM** and my responses to them.



After all this, I immediately went through YouTube for this and I was shocked to see that a lot of people have uploaded about the same problem on YouTube Channels and in the videos, a lot of youtuber refer to the same thing and same fraud done by MYTEAM** with a lot of people. When somebody won the first prize in the public contest then the fraudster MYTEAM** blocked their accounts and froze all the money. My question is ‘How can a person violate ‘FairPlay’ policy in a public contest?’



I notice this fraud because I won a public contest by luck and skills of players & cricket. To win the public contests, the person should have luck and skills both and by chance on **th December my luck gives me this chance.



MYTEAM** is doing this fraud at a big level and public interest is involved. Hence, Section *** of the Companies Act, **** attracts on these fraudsters.


Please take immediate necessary action against such fraudster’s u/s *** of the Companies Act, **** and refund my all balance amount as stands in the MYTEAM** wallet as on **nd December, **** which is approximately Rs. *,***/-.
