ICICI Bank Limited - Fraudulent withdrawel from account

Kindly help me recover money from the bank. Money was debited from my account for * days not a single sms alert or email received. Money from account goes to another account. It was shocking I informed the bank to blocked the account. N filed the dispute form with Bank n police fir. Bank has closed disputed saying no refund n police is not helping. Now it been * month everyday visiting police station. Pls help to vet my refund from bank. Thank you.
