Nidhi Agarwal filed complaint against Universel Travels on Dec 8, 2022
Mr. Kapil Gupta from Universel Travels and Mr. Sumit Mukherjee from Travel Haux runs a fake travel company. I got in touch with Kapil Gupta via Travel Triangle. He took the entire booking amount in * installments, said that booking is done but just before our travel date this fraudster Kapil is saying that his local agent has ran away with the money. Kapil and Sumit are brother-in-law and they loot the clients. They are seasoned fraudsters. Kapil killed his own father during on of our conversation saying that he is busy since he lost his father. We made the Atmosphere Kanifushi booking from **th Dec to **th Dec but this Kapil has ruined my honeymoon trip. I have not received any refund.
