Sri Balaji Travels Chennai - Fraudulent Travel Agency

We as NRI's are completely relying on these travel agents who guarantee us for a *-day trip and absorb the money from us but on the day before the travel they let us down.

We come here for our vacation and are completely relying on such travel agents to help us .

We had a very bitter experience this time
We contacted "Balaji Travels" . (Later we came to know that they are operating like a call center and their address itself is incorrect)

They had promised us *-day darshan and asked us to pay ***** for * Rs.*** tickets and * NRI tickets.
The tickets (confirmation) for the * Indian residents never came to us.
They promised that the tickets will be brought to us by the driver of the CAB on the day of the dharshan.
We came to know lately that for the NRI tickets , the Indian customs stamping should be within ** days of the dharshan
When we contacted the agents and asked them about this rule, they said that this rule does exist but they will manage once we reach Tirupati.
They also denied sending us the * tickets which they claimed that they have booked already.
We demanded that all the * tickets be cancelled and refunded but they duped us saying that they had paid Rs.**** for each of the Indian resident tickets and that money cannot be refunded.
We agreed that something is coming back to us and asked them to refund ***** after deducting Rs.****
Please take corrective action against these crooks
As a NRI we normally don't give much thought on this Rs.**** but I am raising this concern because if these agents can get Rs.**** from * person how much money they are
making by duoping such customers on a daily basis.

We rely on Google to find these travel agents and it pains us a lot that they are cheating customers left and right and this has been ongoing for such a long time
Would expect and look upon you to take corrective action against these callous agency and set the tone by blacklisting them so it serves as a dire warning for anyone who try to indulge in such malicious activities.

Respected sir, please treat this urgent and expect no less action from your side and I do expect no less than blacklisting these fraudulent travel agents who are taking ride of the consumers misusing TTDC n
