vcamerafast.shop - Fraudulent transaction more money deducted no product received

I was directed to a website : " http://vcamerafast.shop/ " from Instagram.
There was this offer on the website where i could get " Fujifilm Instax Mini * Camera"just by paying $*.**.(Screenshot )
So i tried to pay the $ *.** from my credit card,as i thought is was a genuine offer going on by Fujifilm as it showed FUJIFILM on the website .
But as soon as i entered my credit card details , i received Notifications for * transactions of Rs.****.** & Rs.****.** respectively(Screenshot *&*)
This was extremely shocking as i only was supposed to pay $*.** which converts to Rs.*.**, i tried contacting the seller through their "Contact US " section but no response from them.
Please help me get the refund of these transactions as i have been cheated by these Scammers.
