I am writing to file a formal complaint against Meesho, an online marketplace, regarding a fraudulent transaction that I recently experienced. On **/**/****, I placed an order for a saree through Meesho's platform, Order ID: Sub Order ID ************_*. However, upon receiving the package, I discovered that the item sent to me was not the saree I had ordered. Instead, I received a dirty, white cloth of completely different material and design.
Despite contacting Meesho's customer service department and requesting a return and refund for the incorrect item, I was met with resistance and informed that Meesho refuses to accept returns for this item. This refusal to rectify the situation constitutes fraudulent behavior on Meesho's part.
I am deeply dissatisfied with Meesho's actions and demand immediate resolution to this matter, including:
A full refund for the incorrect item sent to me.
Assurance that Meesho will take appropriate action to prevent such fraudulent incidents from occurring in the future.
An apology for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this ordeal.
I request your assistance in addressing this issue and ensuring that Meesho is held accountable for their fraudulent practices. Your platform plays a vital role in protecting consumer rights, and I trust that you will take appropriate action to resolve this matter.
