Sbi Bank - Fraudulent transaction and hold on bank account

I have my bank account in sbi bank,purnea main branch(kala-bhawan rd)bihar. from last * months i am suffering hold on my account for i minor need have to depend on other as my friend and relative. i have been residing in Delhi NRC for two years,this was the only means of money by which i get through my parents who residing in purnea bihar. i complain to my home branch after that also approach to banking ombudsman Patna . after this i made online complain to sbi chairman,GM sbi,RBI head office and many more but till the date their is no any solution to any side. my study is completely hampered,my physical and mental condition is deteriorating day by day.
this is our digital India where for i minor issue a people have to suffer a lot but after all result is zero.
