Oye Gifts - Fraudulent services

This is a grievance I am reporting against this company. When I placed the order and what was depicted on their site, I was under the impression that a freshly baked plum cake will be sent however what you have sent is a ***g Unibic plum cake which costs Rs *** n for that I was charged Rs *** just for the cake alone with delivery.
How can this company cheat customers this way, on the image that have not mentioned that it's gonna be a unibic cake. If I wanted to give a unibic cake I could have ordered it myself from Instamart why did I have to use Oye gifts platform.
I would urge from customers not to order anything from this site as they are running fraudulent activities.
I tried calling the number you have given to reach customer care but noone bothered to receive and no response even received on email.
