https homeservicecare in - Fraudulent Service

This company & its services is a total scam. From fake product replaced/ No warranty of product and service in bill/ No replacement for faulty product / All false claims/ Threatening the customer.
Washing Machine part replaced is fake. Claimed to be authorised Samsung service dealer which they denied later. Charged Rs.**** for a Rs.*** product. Denies recorrecting the machine again when called up. Customer service claims they do not have any complaint against my number. Spoke to owner and he denies any further communication and action on the faulty/ fraud service. My machine had same issue even after paying hefty amount. He also threatened me on call and whatsapp. The Technician & entire team of this Company is fraud.
