Aacho Jaipur - Fraudulent Service Concern No Support from Accho After Payment

I placed an order on the website Accho on * feb, ****. The order included a total of * parcels.

Out of the * parcels:

* parcels are still showing as "under processing" on the website.

* parcel has been delivered, but the delivery status has not been updated on the website.

I have been trying to contact the company through phone calls and emails for several days, but they are not responding to my calls or replying to my emails. There is no proper customer support or communication from their side.

I would like to:
Cancel the three parcels that are still under processing and receive a full refund.

Return the delivered parcel because the product quality is extremely poor and not worth the amount I paid. The item does not match the expected quality standards.

Due to the company’s non-responsiveness and lack of support, I am requesting immediate intervention to:

Process cancellation of the pending parcels.

Please arrange return and refund for the delivered item.

Take necessary action against the company for poor service and negligence.

I request a full refund of the total amount paid at the earliest.
