PIONEER GLOBAL SERVICE - Fraudulent service commitment

Unable to get service from pioneer global service for the hotel accomodation / travel vacation promised for **days vacations in * years , they have just given * days accomodation out of ** days and their customer service team is unreachable and mails getting bounced back several number of times. They seemed to looted our money, * years Membership taken for * lakh on **st Nov ****.

Please help me to get my hard earned money back from this so called lowest class travel company.
