I made a purchase on Shoopy.in and paid the amount via PhonePE to the Shoopy account (screenshot attached). I received an order confirmation sms from the site on January ** along with the order ID: ORD-****
When I didn't get any other updates on the purchase, I checked the web link that had the order confirmation and noticed that the URL lead to an error page: https://store.shoopy.in/surat/orders/******?checkout=true
I contacted the Shoopy.in customer support and they said that they had deactivated the account for fraud but could not refund my payment. I have proof that Shoopy has received the payment and I would like them to either deliver the product or refund the amount.
