Shakti Enterprises Rohini Newdelhi - Fraudulent Sale of BlueStar Portable AC by Shakti Enterprises New Delhi

was looking to purchase a BlueStar Portable *-ton AC for a small hostel room. I was contacted by Shakti Enterprises, New Delhi, who claimed to have the product. After receiving product photos and a demo video via WhatsApp, I agreed on a price of ₹**,***. After verifying the GST number and current account details, I transferred the amount via NEFT to their company account.

Despite the agreement to ship the product within two days, there were constant delays and vague excuses from the vendor. After several days of follow-up, the vendor finally claimed that the product was shipped via VRL Logistics, but refused to provide the LR bill copy, which is essential for collecting the shipment.

Upon visiting the VRL Logistics godown in Hyderabad, I was shocked to find that the vendor had shipped a damaged, plastic air cooler weighing only *kg, instead of the promised BlueStar AC.

Upon further review, I found:

*. The invoice is fake, as it lacks a valid HSN code.

*. The product was shipped without LR documents, which shows clear intention to deceive.

*. The vendor is now completely unresponsive via WhatsApp, calls, and email.

This proves that Shakti Enterprises is a fraudulent company, and I request Voxya's assistance in recovering my ₹**,*** and initiating legal action against the vendor.
