Krupal Enterprise - Fraudulent repair of Laptop

They are harassing me after asking me to submit my laptop for repair, from over ** days now. I was promised that the laptop will be repaired and delivered the same day, since then they're like "kal aao" aaj nahi hua hai.
They are frauds and certainly have no respect for other people's time. I've lost countless hours running after them and their shop. Still haven't recieved my laptop.
