Consultaxx - Fraudulent Rent Agreement activities

I Had Opted For Registered Rent Agreement With This Company. I Had Paid Rs **** For This. Once Everything Is Done, They Gave Me Some Document Which Has Their Company Name As Top Page Instead Of Government Page. Such Documents Are Not Accepted Anywhere. When I Called Their Owner She Is Saying She Will Not Do This. This Was Never Informed Me That The Agreement Will Have Their Company Page In It. Now She Has Blocked My Numbers So That I Cannot Call To Complaint

I had filed a complaint https://voxya.com/view-complaint/fraudulent-rent-agreement-activities/****** but this fraud company closed the complaint with few lies and with some irrelevant information. As I am not able to reopen it raising the complaint again.

My response to this company:
*. They are saying that they have provided me the username and password to download these documents, but I have never received those details. If they have proof of this, they can share the proof. If they do not have proof, it would clearly mean that they are fooling people in similar manner.
*. They are talking about printing, but many times we need to submit the document over email and sending such document will not get accepted by many organizations, such as RTO office. (They want things to be really clear)
*. Irrespective of any terms, I have applied for some government document and I must receive government document and not something else. This is what main point of my complaint is.
*. When I asked multiple times for the exact document, their owner started using abusive language (I have audio recordings of the call as a proof for this) and then she blocked my numbers on phone and Whatsapp so that I cannot ask her for the exact document.
I was simply expecting the actual documents and not something extra, not sure what is issue with this fraud company. If this is not resolved this time, I would like to opt for lawyer services.
