Mothercare Cosmetics Private Limited - Fraudulent product

I have been a loyal customer of MOTHERACRE BRAND for *years now. That clearly tells I must be aware of the products really well. So during lockdown I found AJIO having the milk bath on their website while mothercare showed out of stock . Eventually ordered with AJIO. THEY SENT ME THE FRAUDULENT PRODUCTS. The colour of milk bath is supposed to be white, I got yellow liquid foamy product with a packaging not like MOTHERCARE at all. I have been trying to resolve this issue very politely with AJIO TEAM . They seem to ignore and never call back. This has done so much damage to my baby’s skin and been very disrespectful of them to have done something like this. I have sent around **mails and attended atleast **-**calls and stil no response.
