****-***** Nature of Complaints : Fraudulent Issue
Grievance Details : *. I ordered Amazon fire tv stick in a sale where Amazon was offering the stick for Rs ****. *. I placed an order with a prepaid method and amazon also accepts the offer for the same and stated that delivery is promised within a week. *. After * days amazon automatically cancelled the order of amazon fire tv stick by stating some technical issue. * They now increased the price to **** INR which is *x the price offering in sale period * I complained thrice to the Amazon via Chat and call but they refused to solve my issue And adviced me to reorder the stick in **** INR. * This is clear breach of contract and I plead to the forum for specific performance of the contract.
