Rabiya Sonawala filed complaint against Anogii by Vanshika Khanna Mob on Jul 3, 2024
I am writing to formally complain about the business named Anogii, operated by Vanshika Khanna, based out of Amritsar. I have encountered severe issues with their service which have led to considerable financial loss and emotional trauma.

On **nd Jan ****, I paid the owner of Anogii Vanshika Khanna a sum of Rs. *,*** for the purchase of five clothing items. Despite six months having passed since the payment was made, I have not received any items. Throughout this period, Ms. Vanshika Khanna has consistently failed to provide a satisfactory explanation for the delay or to refund the amount despite multiple assurances.
The timeline of events highlights the incompetence and lack of professionalism exhibited by the firm Anogii.
Initially, after four months, I was informed that the stock of the items I ordered had run out. This is right when my orders were due to be delivered at any time. Their timing has been perfect to put more pressure on customers. Ms. Khanna then requested me to select alternative items from her new collection.
I requested for refund as the business didn't seem trustworthy anymore.
This incident has caused me immense MENTAL TORTURE.
Ms. Khanna has continuously provided excuses ranging from production issues, and material shortages, to mishandling by courier services. These excuses are unsubstantiated and appear to be tactics to delay the resolution.
Despite my repeated requests for a refund due to the extensive delay and unsatisfactory service, Ms. Khanna came up with a requirement of ** business days to process my refund (my hard-earned money). Her conduct demonstrates a blatant disregard for consumer rights and ethical business practices.
I have attached evidence of all communication, including voice recording messages, which clearly document Ms. Khanna's unprofessional behaviour and failure to fulfill her obligations.
This experience has not only caused financial hardship but has also caused emotional torture and humiliation. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of integrity displayed by the so-called brand Anogii and Ms. Vanshika Khanna (imposter).
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
