Nmb India Private Limited - Fraudulent merchant and package

Fraudulent merchant who is not responding to email communication for over a week. They sent a fraudulent item. I have all the communication and photo proof but unable to attach it, please let me know how i can provide the same to you. Details: This payment was done in lieu of a product which was advertised as an electric blender. The item received is not anywhere near what was advertised. It is a cheap plastic (** year old) device - not sure what it is meant to be. This is a financial dispute as the merchant is a fraudulent merchant. The payment is taken by EKART and then given to the final destination of payment to DEALZ*YOU. Kindly lodge this complaint and let me know if you need any further information or proof.
