Shiv Casting Arts - Fraudulent material supplied by the seller

This is in relating with seller shipping false materials which totally differs from the online advertisement site and hence individually discussed. The materials were not only different in quality but also on colours which are very conspicuous just by the comparison over the phone-captured image. When tried contacting seller calls and messages were ignored and even got transferred the call to other number resulting in non-contact. I wish to pursue this even though the amount lost is small. I want to prevent further fraudulence.
