Rita Nurse Bureau - Fraudulent Jhapa Services

Sharing my recent experience with Rita Nurse & Maid Bureau incase anyone is considering to engage with them. Complete frauds they send regular maids to do baby work & call them 'jhapas.' Do not waste your time & money. They sent me a bill of Rs ***** for * months service & the fake jhapa arrived before my baby. Before she had to any baby work she was very confident and said she can do everything. So i thought she would be good. Once my baby arrived within * week I knew she did not know anything at all. Hygiene was absolutely zero. She couldn't pacify baby when I was tired, she wouldn't wake up when he's crying. I would have to tell her to get up. Her name was Soulata and she even admitted later she is not a jhapa. She literally ran out of my house to avoid them repaying me. They have ***** of mine. It's got down to me saying that atleast return one month's pay back, ***** They keep lying that they will do it later, or have some difficulty. Rita's son Roshan was travelling internationally once & all sorts of stupid lies. Kindly help get my money back from these scam artists and pls ensure their business is blacklisted.
