Fala Holidays and Packages KR puram Bangalore - Fraudulent Holiday Package

On **-**-****, I joined Fala Holidays after being offered a **-day holiday package for Rs. **,***/-. I made an initial payment of Rs. **,***/- on the same day. Fala Holidays representatives then arranged for me to obtain a new credit card from RBL bank, through which I paid the remaining Rs. **,***/-. I also paid an additional Rs. *,***/- as annual charge for the Credit Card.
The company provided only a one-night hotel stay in Chennai in February ****. This was the sole service rendered. The had offered refund of food expense and cost incurred for local site seeing, but not refunded any money even after several attempt. Recently I tried to contact for another booking of hotel, but not able to contact them. My phone calls are not being answered, and I suspect my number has been blocked.
Upon visiting their previous office location at KR INN Compound, KR Puram, Bangalore, I discovered that they have vacated the premises. The watchmen at KR INN informed me that numerous individuals have approached them with similar complaints of being defrauded by Fala Holidays.
Specific Grievances:
Failure to provide the promised **-day holiday package.
Refusal to respond to my attempts to contact them.
Sudden disappearance of their office without prior notice.
Fraudulent collection of money under false pretenses.
Fraudulent arrangement of a credit card, and subsequent collection of **,*** rupees.
Requested Action:
I request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against Fala Holidays. I demand the following:
A full refund of the Rs. **,***/- paid for the holiday package.
A full refund of the **** rupees paid for the credit card charges.
Legal action against the company for fraudulent activities.
I am prepared to provide any further information or documentation necessary to support my complaint.
