I am filing this complaint against [OCEAN CROWN HOSPITALITY PVT LTD] for deficiency of service, unfair trade practices, and suspected financial fraud regarding a holiday package booking.
On [**-DEC-****], I booked a holiday package through [OCEAN CROWN HOSPITALITY PVT LTD]. I paid a total amount of Rs. [******] via ONLINE, e.g.,Credit Card .
However, after receiving the full payment, the company failed to deliver any of the promised travel services. the merchant has become completely unresponsive. They are not answering my phone calls, ignoring my WhatsApp messages, and failing to reply to my emails.
This total lack of response and failure to deliver the service has caused me severe financial loss and immense mental agony. I have given the company multiple opportunities to resolve this, but they have deliberately cut off communication.
I request Voxya to intervene, help me send a formal legal notice to the brand, and assist me in recovering my hard-earned money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
