Rajan filed complaint against Great Eastern Retail Pvt ltd on May 27, 2025
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a fraudulent and unacceptable experience I had with Great Eastern Retail Pvt. Ltd., Rohini Sector * Branch, from whom I purchased a Panasonic *.* Ton * Star AC on **th May ****.
At the time of purchase, I was assured that the product would be a **** model. Additionally, the store’s in-house HBD finance representative facilitated a loan for the same, which was approved immediately. However, to my surprise, the product delivered the very next day was not only a **** model but also completely damaged.
When I raised this issue with the store manager, Mr. Sudhir, he responded in an extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional manner. He dismissed my concerns and stated that “this is how they operate” and that they do not care about customer reviews or legal complaints. This behavior is not only unethical but also constitutes harassment and consumer fraud.
I request:
An apology for the rude and harassing behavior.
Compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused.
If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within * days, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to the Consumer Forum and file a complaint via the National Consumer Helpline and CPGRAMS, along with all supporting evidence.
