Shiproceket - Fraudulent Delivery and Request for refund

I am filing this complaint against Shiprocket for facilitating a fraudulent transaction and failing to ensure a safe delivery experience.

I ordered a product worth ₹*** through an online seller using Shiprocket as the delivery partner. However, instead of receiving the item (Smart Shave Pro kit free Handle included with ** high performance Razor Refills) I paid for, I was delivered completely useless and unrelated items (diyas), which clearly indicates a case of fraud and misrepresentation.

This is unacceptable and amounts to cheating the customer. As a logistics partner, Shiprocket has a responsibility to verify sellers and ensure that customers are not deceived through their platform.

I request the following actions to be taken immediately:

A full refund of ₹*** to my original payment method.
Strict action against the seller involved in this fraudulent activity.
An investigation into how such fake deliveries are being processed through Shiprocket.

If my issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter to higher consumer authorities and take legal action if necessary.

I expect a quick resolution and my refund at the earliest.
