This brand drapino loots customer money and does not even care to reply to endless emails and phone calls. I bought a dress from them for navratri worth ****/- and was shocked to see how bad the fabric and the stitching was. The fabric had frays all over and the stitching was so poorly done that it could be ripped apart in one single use.
I sent an email to the team with a picture reference and all i got was, "please send the item back to us, we will refund the amount after deducting ***/- order processing charge.
I don't understand their audacity to tell me that they will deduct ***/- for a defective piece they sent also the courier charges will be borne by me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
