Vision Media Technology - Fraudulent Company. Not refund my money

On Aug * ****, I saw a job ad on LinkedIn published by Rishi nuclear Technology for operation manager in bank and they also provided the contact details. I called on that number and talk to Arohi she told me about there is a vacancy in Kotak Mahindra for operation manager in Bhopal. She told me the procedure that first I have to make my cv to them and once my cv got shortlisted from Bank then I have to make my **th **th and ug marksheet for verification and once the verification is completed I have to pay **** to the vision media technology for receiving interview call from Bank ( I will receive a call within ** hrs ) and if I didn't get a call or not get selected or I am not happy with you services so the refund will be provided to me within ** days. So I agree to the terms and made my cv within one hour get call from their senior that my cv was shortlisted and I will receive an interview call by august * **** between ** to ** a.m can I build my marksheet as well for verification and verification is completed within * hours and I got a call from them that I have to pay **** to them for the interview and provided meet your bank details. I tried to do the transaction by online but due to some reasons to field so I ask for some time they are calling me continuously for the whole day for transaction so anyhow I transfer **** to their account and I email them the receipt. On august * **** I waited till *p.m when I didn't get a call from Bank so I called Arohi she told me that I will receive a call by * P. M then I waited for * days long. Since ** August **** calling them continuously but they are not answering my calls and emails.
Please help!
