Gemisphere - Fraudulent COD Delivery Money Collected for Order Not Placed

I received a COD parcel that I did NOT order.
The delivery person collected ₹*** from me.
I have no record of this order, and I did not authorize it.
This seems to be a fraudulent transaction.
I want a refund and investigation.
