Skorydov Systems Private Limited - Fraudulent charges by MyITReturn com

I submitted my revised IT Return through myitreturn.com on Mar**/****. This was never submitted to IT deptt by this portal. I contacted them and only got template responses which were of no use. They provided me the acknowledgement number of my original return. I kept patience and filed another return for the same account on Mar** so that I do not miss the **Mar deadline. The second return also met the same fate. I tried contacting them, instead of looking into the issue, they are sending me irrelevant responses and are not helping me after charging me twice for the service that wasn't provided even once.
