Sastasafar Online Ticket booking - Fraudulent Booking Experience and Passenger Harassment

To Whom It May Concern,

This is to raise a serious and strongly worded complaint regarding an extremely unprofessional and irresponsible experience with SastaSafar, related to a flight booking from Dubai to Mumbai on July **th.

Despite receiving a confirmed booking from your platform, the passenger was denied check-in by Oman Air at Dubai Airport, stating that no such booking existed in their system. The passenger was left stranded, humiliated, and mentally distressed at the airport with no fault of their own.

Repeated calls and follow-ups with SastaSafar yielded no support or resolution. Shockingly, the only advice given was to purchase a new ticket at our own cost. This clearly shows a lack of accountability, coordination with the airline, and total disregard for customer well-being.

How can any traveler trust your agency if confirmed bookings are not even honored at the airport? Is this not a clear case of negligence and cheating?

Such platforms that put passengers through emotional trauma, financial loss, and international embarrassment should be immediately investigated and banned by the concerned government authorities. This is not just a refund issue—it is a case of mental harassment and consumer fraud.

We demand the following:

*. Immediate and full refund of the unused ticket.
*. Written apology and explanation from your agency.
*. Compensation for the additional cost incurred and distress caused.
If no timely action is taken, we reserve the right to escalate this matter to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Ministry of Civil Aviation, and consumer protection forums.
This is unacceptable, and we will not remain silent.
