Hi,
I had a boarding pass in flight SG-*** from Darbhanga to Bangalore dated on **th January **** but due to bad weather they canceled the flight and assigned me in a flight SG-*** from Patna to Bangalore on dated ** January ****. I got the boarding pass generated from the spicejet website but * hours before departure of flight SG-*** spicejet customer care from Patna Airport called me up and told that we don't have allocated seat for you in flight SG-*** so either we cancel this boarding pass or on **th January you will get confirmed seat.
I wondered how come then boarding pass got generated with allocated seat. This is kind of cheating to customer and because of this I couldn't travel on time. Also, if this was the case then why not they conveyed me correct information on Darbhanga Airport.
I want a heavy penalty on spicejet. Requesting to look into this issue .
