Careermarts.com - Fraudulent attitude to the consumer

I got a mail from careermarts.com regarding a job offer (attachment-*) to Dubai on dated-**.**.****. In my return mail I asked them about the consultation charges but over the telephone, they told me to pay only the registration charge and confirmed me that there are no other charges for the job. I paid the registration charges Rs-****.** (attachment-*) on that day. On dated **.**.**** they arranged a Skype interview with Adib Khan (as per their consent she was from Dubai company HR department although I am not sure about that because throughout the interview session she disabled her camera from her side and I hear only her voice). After giving a successful interview she asked me for my documents and told me to contact my consultancy. After my interview, I got a call and a mail from the said job consultancy to pay again Rs-*****.** (attachment-*) for the documents verification charge. Several times I asked HR personnel of careermarts- Mr Avinava and the relationship manager Mr Vinay about the further charges and several times they confirmed me that no other charges will be there after this verification charges. So, I paid them the said amount as they promise me to arrange my technical skype round interview within * days after this payment. After a few seconds of payment, I got another mail from them which stated that I have to pay another Rs-***** for my identity verification. I denied to pay any more and asked them for the refund but they also denied to back my money. As I did not send them any of my documents, how can they claim the money that was charged for documents verification? As per my belief, this is a fraudulent attitude from them towards me and they should be punished by the law besides please help me to refund my money.
