I immediately contacted your customer support, who advised me to report the incident here and request a refund for the unauthorized payment. I have also lodged a formal complaint with the local authorities regarding this fraudulent activity.
I want to emphasize that I have been a loyal and responsible user of your payment app for a considerable amount of time, and I have always exercised caution when making transactions. Unfortunately, I fell prey to this scam, and I am deeply concerned about the security of my account and the funds associated with it.
I kindly request your immediate assistance in investigating this matter and initiating the process of refunding the Rs. *** back to my account.
