Bhaskar Dey filed complaint against Pinelabs on Jan 10, 2024
A pinelab employee has taken *.**lakhs rupees in breakups as advance processing fee for the loan of **lakhs rupees, the amount has been taken personally on the employee account to provide employee discount and make the processing fee as complete refundable, The communication and the money transfer process went on for * months but failed to provide me the loan and after I mailed to pinelabs the employee was terminated and pinelab has denied all the responsibilities as the money was transferred to his employee account. Now when I asked to refund my money nor the employee nor the pinelab is taking responsibility. They are now denying that he was not a pinelabs employee but I have mail communication from official id of pinelabs stating that the culprit was the employee of pinelabs. This is probably the newest way and smartest way pinelab has started fraudulent activity with their merchant partner through their employee.
