Indiabulls Dhani - Fraudulent activities

I took a loan of approx ****Rs from India Bulls Dhani app on phone on *st Aug ****. After deduction of some service charges etc the amount transferred to my dhani account after couple of days was Rs ****.
I got a call from their executive on **th Aug **** to pay the first emi, however I told him that I want to close the account and asked him to let me know the total pending dues and send me a NOC letter. He told me he needs to ask his manager and call me back. On calling me back, he said that my total amount to pay was Rs ****/- and he would send me the link to pay up and after that they would send me the NOC and close the account. He also told me that no one will call me up for any emi reminder after that. I paid up immediately and shared the transaction id with him which he asked me for but after a few days another executive called me for the emi and I told him that I had already closed the account with a full payment and that Iam waiting for an NOC letter. He told me he would call me back but there was no call. I wrote them a greivance mail but there is always a automated standard reply that I get, and their helpline nos are all fake, there is no one to attend your call. My account is still showing active on their account and I guess first emi got deducted as usual. They have also not updated the full amount that I have paid and making me drag through the entire tenure. ie * months.
