SOCIOFY ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED Glowroad - Fraudulant Product

I ordered the product online, it is not the product, the other product came and the product was also an incomplete product, it could not be used in any way because it was partially set.The product I ordered was a headset. I ordered a wired headset, but it didn't arrive, but another product arrived.…I had mailed the said product envelope *-* times after I had put my registered email id, he was not getting my photo copy attached, so I sent the said envelope through another mail but they did not take any action on it.So I am submitting this complaint to get compensation for all my losses along with the application along with the copy of the building email sent to them and the photo of the product.
