Nira - Fraudster activity detected

Hi as I have paid emis on time and if I was late still I paid it . But I didn't gave my account for debit but don't know how they got my account and tried to debit and loss of rs ****. As earlier agents were never don't auto debit but now this agent doing fraud and blackmailing will come home with legal notice . Hence there should be severe action on them as contributing in spreading Coronavirus also . They are obliquing the rules and regulations. Just act on them.
