Mr Mobile Zone - frauds money not credited

I ordered mobile phone from Mr_ mobile.zone Instagram account. on the day of delivery they asked me to paid **** and actual price of phone and it was COD. But they was asking me to paid online and delivery boy asking again **,*** as GST amount I paid that too then again asked **,*** and they were saying they will return after some time he called me again asking **,*** I gave bcoz they said all amount will be refund all together then again paid **,*** and last paid ***** total amount is around *,**,***. They have the racket wich they are running across the india and shopkeeper and delivery boys are making fool to innocent people. And they are still actively doing there business. Could you please help to resolve the issue ASAP
