Kotak Mahindra Bank - Frauds done by Kotak Bank

Kotak bank's agent misguided our whole batch of freshers to open Demat account with them which they offered us lifetime free. However, after one year they started deducting charges as AMC and didn't stick to their promise of free Demat account. I raised many complaints when I got to know about this later, but bank didn't return my money neither they took responsibility of fraudulent behavior of their agent who misguided lot of people just to complete his yearly target to opening Demat accounts. I never used Demat account, neither logged into that account ever in * years and hence did not use any service from Kotak bank regarding Demat account, but bank has simply rejected my complaint saying that I have signed the Demat form so they will not return a single penny which they have deducted so far. Also. recently I came across that my signatures were forged and a trading account was opened on my name by Kotak Secuities. When I sent an email to inquire about the same and asked them about this forgery act, they simply closed the account so that I won't be able to take any legal action against them.
Please help me as I got Demat account closed with Kotak bank one year back but still struggling to get back my hard earned money which they kind of looted from me by cheating. The employees at Kotak bank are very irresponsible and lie over phone calls. I was made assured that after submitting the Demat closure form, all the money will be returned to my account but this didn't happen and now they don't listen to any of my complaints.
