From the day i recharged i had given complaints daily where the internet was not working. They are not giving extensions for the hours when it was not working. From *st sept to *th. **hours out of ** hrs it was not working. They are not taking seriously. Cheating people.
And now that its working i checked the speed. It shows *.*mbps. Very slow where i have recharged for plan of ***mbps. Atleast should have got **mbps as they are promising ***mbps. Frauds. Just trying to cheat people.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
