Vega Intellisoft Pvt. Ltd. - Fraudlent promises to make people join

Company employees call students and say they are calling from "tcs ion", Promise a job with ctc *L if you complete a pre-job training for a paid amount of Rs **,***. They keep an interview in which they tell a whole lot of lies where they give job timings, location and say that they have one vacancy in their own company i.e (tcs). Many people agree as tcs(tata consultancy service) is a very good brand. Later found out that the real company name is Vega Intellisoft which is a training partner of tcs ion but does not disclose anything about their company and only uses the brand name of tcs to get students in. After knowing this I had a dispute with the interviewer and another employee working there, and they are acing ignorant and not agreeing to pay me a refund. Even the papers i signed does not have vega intellisoft on any of them, even their office is fully stickered with tcs ion stickers, anyone would believe. One of the major scam running in the middle of the city and no one is able to do anything. Location : Kilpauk, Chennai
and they have more branches, which i expect the same is happening. And for the record they dont have any major placement record, and some other conditions such as exams, and **% mandatory marks are not told during the interview. Please take action against such fraud company. And another point is tcs ion partnership means a contract in which they get a software to use for the exams, results online, the certificate, which according to the t&c of tcs ion, may not carry any value.
