HATCHNHACK SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED - Fraudlent business related to nonrefund or nonreplacement of the returned products

We from Tech Booster Education Private Limited had purchased ** quantities of Lithium Polymer batteries of * different categories (* units of ****mAh **.*v *S batteries, * units of ****mAh **.*v *S batteries and * units of ****mAh **.*v *S batteries) for one of our client's project, but instead of **.*v *S batteries we have received **.*v *S batteries which doesn't support our project.
The issue was instantly discussed with the concerned person from HnH and shared the proof of received items.
On further discussion they have agreed and we were asked to return the *S batteries and they would replace it on priority basis as because of these batteries our project was on hold. We have returned the items, proof of which hasbeen attached but since after the items were received by HnH they have stooped responding us and finally we lost the project as well.
There we want our actual items back along with the loss that we had because of their negligence.
