Respected Sir,
According to oral agreement they did not fullfil their promise.They said that they send full setup of manual chapal making machine and full chapal making raw metrial for * year with buy back agreement one year in Rs. *****.They said that after making chapples his Moga(Punjab) traders take all finished goods from your home , pay Rs ** per gents chappal and Rs.** per lady chappal and supply raw metrial according making capacity your machine. When I went for meeting they show me goodquility and heavy machine full setup. I paid online transfer Rs. ***** in two instalment which Account no ************,IFS code ICIC*******,Branch -Patel Nagar,Account Holder Name - SJ Thermoforming(According massage ** Feb **** From Contact No. ********** to **********).But they send *st time poor quility machine setup only Rs.*****(According to Ajnara Traders Bill) and *nd time Rs.**** Raw metrial(According to Ajnara Traders Bill). They not send any agreement and no Moga (Punjab)Traders deal me.I paid Rs. ***** for this which is totally wasted if consumer forum does not help me.But for me you are only the hope. So Please Sir Iwould requested before you please help me and give justice to me .because I am amiddle class person and small small amount is very useful to me and my family
