*. My name is Yogita Desai, my registered mobile no - ********** and my LOAN ACCOUNT NO - ****CDFL******. I have taken a product with CASHBACK OFFER of Rs *****/- in month of November **** but still it the amount not received or credited in my wallet account or any message or no response from the BAJAJ FINANCE SERVICE LTD.

There is tremendous call for balance EMI from the collection/recovery team and making me harassment and torched personnel due harassment and torched I have gone in depression and enable to recovery my health in this COVID PANDEMIC. Inspite of many reminder mail and call to the BAJAJ CUSTOMER CARE AND REPRESENTATIVE their is no response.

*. In view of above I request you to help me in this case.
