Aakash Institute Bareilly - Frauded

I am a *th ICSE student. I have taken admission in aakash institute on **th January, ****. When I took the admission they have made several calls for explaining about the qualities of there institute. When I took the admission there was only me from ICSE and they promised that there will surely be *-** students of ICSE. They said they will provide me with all the materials but they didn't provide me anything from the ICSE course, everything was given according to the CBSE course. From **nd March they have started the batch, they were teaching me with all CBSE students. They didn't even realised that I too exist. In June ending I went to them and asked about ICSE batches, they said that you have to study with the CBSE batch only because you are only one student in ICSE board. In mid of July, I again went to them planning about that I have to leave the institute but they forced me and said that they will issue me the ICSE modules and also said that they will conduct extra classes for me but they didn't I tried to call them everytime for extra classes but they usually didn't pick up my call or whenever they pick up they say that today the teachers are busy so they can't teach. They just have conducted * - * classes of ICSE in all the * months. In August, I finally decided to leave the institute, on **th August I have left the institute. All the tests were also according to the CBSE syllabus. The total fees for * years *th and **th decided was ₹*****, I paid them ₹***** from which security fees ₹**** was refundable. When I asked them for more refund they said first they will give ₹**** and at the time of giving we have to sign a agreement then only they will give some more amount otherwise not. And if we will not sign they will not give us a single penny. As forced by them, my father signed the agreement, after signing they took more than a month to give ₹**** back and said now they will not give anything else because nothing is refundable. We suffered a loss of ₹*****.
