Ashok Leyland - Frauded and Misbehaved,warned to kill

I have purchased ashok leyland ** wheels hyva truck in the month of january **** from Suvidha Motors workshop in Sarangapur, allahabad,uttar pradesh.I started a sand loading work b/w allahabad and singrauli(M.P.),after somedays its break failed while returing and alongwith driver * person escaped from death and then when we went to a workshop of ashok leyland in singrauli they charged us Rs **** , after it we again started tje work n then one day its stearing failed and all the wires short circuited,within same month of bought.When we complaint to the main dealer of suvidha motors in allahabad he warned is to kill and told not to go tjere again and thrown hot tea over us and abused.They frauded us in giving the truck I want full compensation from them and tjey should be charged for their irresponsibility, or I will contact PMO.
