Naukriplus.in - Fraud

On **/**/** ,I had registered myself on shine.com but on **/**/** I received a call from a person called Rahul Verma who said he was from shine.com, & since my registration was incomplete, he would guide me into the process. This made me believe that he was in fact from shine & we started the registration process online via mobile call. During this i was asked to make payments at which i was reluctant but he told me that if i refused the process would be invalid. Hence hesitantly i made the payments & ended up paying Rs *****/- after I was assured of interviews with dates & the associated job. But strangely while registration, I was made to open an account on naukriplus.in along with the password, that still exists. In fact the payments that I made ,were only after i logged into this naukriplus.in account. I found this a bit strange because I had registered on shine.com & even the person guiding me for the process claimed to be from shine.com ,then how come he made me open an account with naukriplus. Bottom line is that having waited for over a month after paying *****/- ,I am now seeking refund from whoever is invloved. Earlier though I was suspecting only shine.com for this fraud ,but now I am sincerely requesting Voxya to take action with naukriplus.in . Details of those involved are as follows

Please note the payment of Rs*****/- were made by me from my * different accounts whereas in the attachment i could add only one of them.
Expecting Voxya to take strict action & help me get my refund.
