We had taken the role of a super stockist for Mumbai/Thane for the the company Sairo Foods Pvt. Ltd., Salem from June ****. The company took advance payment and supplied part material. The company was to promote the product and set up sales & service support for the entire region.
Goods sent to us are unsold & expired and balance **% of material was never sent to us. Now company is not responding/ giving false commitments against our email/mobile/sms. We have incurred huge losses due to this. Also it is the standard modus operandi of this company. Please help us in recovering our amount and also bring the company to task
