Deccan Clap - Fraud

I had initially asked for a site visit for the ongoing dampness issue faced by me in my restraunt, i was visited by Bala Ganesh(employee) and he had revoked for services which were epoxy groutibg the kitchen tiles and outside sealing the cracks with pu sealant along with two coats of damproof and then two coats of paint, he had promised an immediate resolution and said the Invoice would follow up, secondly i was contacted my Shameela shaik and she shared an invoice with the same work as bala ganesh mentioned and stated that it would cost ***** rupees , i said that it was too expensive and she from the front told she will try doing something and later texted me that a discount of **** rupees was provided , but i told them that it is still not in my budget and my budget was ***** and she accepted to give discount and fixed the booking at *****, i was told to pay **% advance at the beggining to book, also during the same conversation i had specifically asked her multiple number of times that since i run a restraunt i cant keep my place closed , she agreed that we might need one day full to work and the kitchen needs to be closed , i agreed and asked them if we could do on *th of may , to which she agreed , i rechecked with them multiple times asking if this could be done surely on *th and will be completed to which she agreed , and when on *rd may when it was asked when the workers would arrive the next day , it was intimated by them that the workers would arrive at **am and work would start immediately , to my shock on *th may nobody had come , when contacted miss shameela , she stopped picking my calls and later on i was introduced to one Mr.Naresh , he had apologized and told that the person who was supposed to come to work now refrains to work , which is why it is not possible but trying to arrange an alternative , the whole point that i closed by business for work because them was never considered by them , after certain discussions, they requested to keep the restraunt closed the next day as well to which i clearly did not want to agree with because i did not honestly trust them , after many requests i accepted and kept the store closed again for them on *th may , also with a promise that work starts by **am and will be taken care of, now to my shock on *th may , none of these persons appeared , and one person contacted me saying that he is coming for inspection and work would start the next day ,which blew my mind, i checked with naresh and he told it was a confusion again, now after many many heated arguments , talks with higher ups , they promised me that the kitchen work will completed on the same day , accepted their fault as well and a payment of **** more was sent to them , because of their policy of **% to be paid before work starts, and then the partial work of the kitchen was completed, now since the past * days i have been trying to contact them regarding the fixing of my wall but nobody picked my call. Have been trying to contact everyone , and this morning at *th may ,they told me that i have to pay extra or their are modifications to my invoice , i asked why, they do not have any reply, i had never asked for any modification nor have i ever requested to remove a service, also spoke to mr bala ganesh who initially inspected and he assured that the services which were promised to me was the same intimated to the company , and the company in their invoice also shared the same , according to the company , since i asked for a discount ,they removed a service which is fradulent , please help me with the same ,the company remains unresponsive and nobody is picking my calls , this is cheating customers by showing lesser amounts and then later invreasing thinking we will pay up.i would request you to take severe action on them.
