Meritide Visas - Fraud

I contacted the company for assistance in applying for a Luxembourg Type D Visa. The company had assured full assistance in resume making and resume marketing, as they had tied up with recruiting agencies in Luxembourg. I have provided them with all the documents they required. But to date, they haven't done anything with my application When asked they informed me they have applied to a few companies in Luxembourg for jobs on my behalf, and mentioned the company names in the mail. The company names they have mentioned do the exist in Luxembourg, also I haven't received any notification from any of the companies they have applied on my behalf, as you need to mention the candidate's email ID in the job application while applying when I questioned them regarding the same they have stopped replying to my emails, I have done multiple follow-ups, but got no revert, I even tried their number, but no one responded.
It's my hard-earned money, I just can't afford to lose it. They have mentioned in their annexures the job application is not guaranteed, hence refund can't be done, but they haven't done anything with my application. Just changed my CV write-up with CHAT GPT and sent the same just for the sake of it. Neither they have applied for any jobs nor they have marketed my CV, Also, when I caught them red-handed, they stopped responding. Please help me.
